Spencer Walzel
Spencer Walzel handles the day-to-day operations making sure all the contractors, legal paperwork, and bookkeeping is in place for everyone involved. In addition, he makes sure our referring agents stay in the communication loop when it's time to market the properties again. Spencer is known for being very detailed.
Spencer has been married to Shelly Walzel for 35+ years. His sense of humor and attention to detail are valued more than words can say. He keeps us all sane here at Walzel Properties.
