Chris Walzel
Chris Walzel is in charge of our Funding Department. He subscribes to the old school thinking "If our agents are happy, the whole company benefits!" Chris understands if the agent is trained, they are more confident, and confidence is directly related to more sales. His "out of the box" thinking has helped position us as the company everyone is watching.
Chris has been instrumental in helping us become the innovative and forward-thinking company that we are today. He is known for his strategic thinking and is very good at focusing on a particular project or situation. He has held his real estate license for over 11+ years and is a non-competing Realtor. He is the son of Spencer and Shelly Walzel and resides in Austin, Texas.
